“Find something you love to do and you’ll never work a day in your life”…so the saying goes, and I wholeheartedly agree.
I am a true home enthusiast! After 20 years in the real estate industry, I still love taking in all of the intricacies of the houses my clients wish to view or list (and love a good home inspection! haha). Having grown up in Halifax, and having a family homestead in St Margaret’s Bay, I know the ins and outs of the housing market here in HRM and its coastlines. In addition to my expertise in the residential market, I have both professional and personal knowledge of investment and multi-unit properties, being a landlord myself (and always with a renovation on the go!).
As for a little background, I was lucky enough to spend several years of my youth living in beautiful Cabarete, Dominican Republic…a place I still hold near and dear, and visit as often as life allows. My Dominican adventures lead to enrolling in University upon my return to Canada, and completed a degree with a Major in Spanish. A year of that degree was spent studying at The University of Salamanca, in Spain (which may or may not have been a big motivation for choosing that major!).
I love my life here in Halifax, it truly ticks all of the boxes. My hobbies outside of real estate include hitting the water and paddling any kind of board or boat that the conditions see fit. You can also find me exploring the province and venturing out for walks and hikes with my dog Señor (an adorable old pup from the Dominican Republic and unlicensed assistant).
