Sam is a Dartmouth, Nova Scotia based realtor, mother of three, and a frequent thrifter.
Buying and selling homes to suit her growing family offered first-hand knowledge in the ongoing changes of HRM neighborhoods, and this led Sam to pursue real estate as a career. An invitation to work with Mark Mullane in August of 2020 quickly made this ambition a reality! Mark and Sam continue to work together to provide clients the utmost care and consideration in their experience of selling or buying a home.
Prior to all things real-estate, Sam enjoyed a winding and well-rounded career path, working as a café proprietor, managing events and venues, and as a stay-at-home mom. Parallel to these pursuits is a passion for curating vintage and designer clothes, where budget and opportunity matchmaking prowess lend themselves directly to her approach in real estate.
Part and parcel to Sam’s motivation as a Realtor is the adoration of her three children; Sadie, Sailor, and Tighe, and abiding support from her partner Glen. Gertie the dog and Mayfield the cat anchor the team from their Downtown Dartmouth century home.
